Hello and welcome to my site.

I am a professional Massage Therapist based in Hastings, East Sussex.

I have over 11 years experience in both Massage and Pranic Healing. I initially trained with the College of Classical Massage in Brighton where I gained an ITEC Diploma in Body Massage, Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology. I have also trained at Brighton Holistics and taken many courses with the Pranic Healing Institute. I use various techniques, and can offer treatments from relaxation to a deeper massage to ease tension and knots.

Pranic Healing is a form of energy healing and is excellent for both general well being and to treat specific ailments. This is a non touch therapy and you remain fully clothed throughout the session. It can be combined with a massage for a deeply relaxing experience. I always recommend you receive the healing first, followed by massage. If you would like to know more about this therapy please select "Pranic Healing" from the menu above.

At your first session you will be required to complete a consultation form, this will include your medical history and any current issues you may have relative to receiving a treatment.

All of the products I use are Vegan, Cruelty Free and good for your skin.
